Manufacturing Execution and EDHR for mid size companies

By | News | No Comments

Medical Device Manufacturers in Ireland and UK can now benefit from a new initiative by Seabrook Technology Group and Camstar with the launch of the Medical Device Suite catering in Manufacturing Execution & EDHR  for mid size companies.

Many major multinationals have benefited from the implementation of Manufacturing Execution systems since 2006.

Seabrook’s clients in Medical Device segment include Carl Zeiss Meditec, Roche Diagnostics, Biotronik, Inverness Medical etc but the availability of the fully validated MSM suite has created significant interest in the European and US markets for smaller organizations.

As well as providing Paperless Manufacturing and Electronic Device History Records, the Camstar system provides Electronics Signature Control, Process, Operator, Equipment and Materials Quality Enforcement, Non Conformance Reporting and an extensive suite of Executive Dashboard Management information and detailed Audit Trail.

Proven case studies show that Camstar users achieved a reduction in CAPAs, reduced field actions and increased throughput and yield.

A key factor of the new announcement is the availability of clearly defined implementation and validation processes that contribute to a lower investment and early achievement of benefits.

Seabrook Technology was formed in 1989 and has offices in Cork, Indianapolis, Dortmund and Kuala Lumpur
